Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in reference to the features and functionality of our websites and data systems.  This privacy policy applies to www.hatchguitarworks.com direct email and all company services (collectively “Services”) where this privacy policy is referenced, regardless of how you access or use them, including through mobile devices.  We may amend this privacy policy at any time by posting the amended version on this site including the effective date of the amended version. Third-Party Tools & Services and Onward Transfers: Hatch Guitar Works does not plan to disclose personally identifiably information to any third-party.  However, you may be disclosing your information to third-parties when using our websites and other Services.  As such, Hatch Guitar Works is not responsible for the privacy practices of these other websites, apps and services, and we recommend that you review the privacy policies of each of these websites, apps or services before visiting our websites, using our Services or sharing any personally identifiable information.  Visitation or use of our websites and Services constitutes acceptance of this agreement and constitutes your agreement to hold Hatch Guitar Works  and its affiliates harmless from the privacy practices of our third-party tools.  Such transfers would only be self-actuated by an individual visiting or using our websites, Services, subscriptions and/or social media channels.  As such, the GDPR provision regarding liability for the actions of agent processors does not apply, as Hatch Guitar Works is not transferring your Personally Identifiable Information to third-parties in these self-actuated instances.  The act of an individual visiting or using our websites, Services, subscriptions and/or social media channels constitutes acknowledgement that that they are responsible for the data that they are transferring to third-parties.  HATCH Guitar Works LLC  is liable in actual cases of onward transfers where a third-party organization processes or transfers data in a manner not consistent with the Privacy Shield Principles.  See below for a comprehensive list of third-party tools and Services:

 

Google

We use Google AdSense Advertising on our website.

 

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on previous visits to our site and other sites on the Internet. Fair Information Practices 

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe.
